PPS has its roots in junior squash. All of our pros have played junior squash – and from their earliest memories have been coaching juniors, initially supporting their teammates and playing partners – and now as full time coaches and mentors. Training juniors is our forte – every junior in our program has a uniquely designed training regiment according to their skill level and goals. We believe it is important to mix the right balance of disciplined training with mentoring. Currently we have several Top 10 Nationally Ranked Juniors participating in junior tournaments across the country. We also assist our junior in the college recruiting process. We have had 100% success rate and students enrolling to squash playing colleges. Although we have worked with many top level juniors over the years, our greatest success is introducing the game to new juniors.

  • Train
  • Monitoring Progress
  • Adjustments to Training

A mix of on and off court training sessions highlighting squash fundamentals, gamesmanship, strength conditioning, fitness. mental conditioning, and nutrition will prepare our students to compete.

In addition, we regularly have PSA and WISPA players “drop in” for a hit with a trainees !
