PPS Overnight Camp @ Avon Old Farms
FOCUS: COLLEGE STYLE PRACTICES
Our camp is designed to help players to advance their overall game “competition” and to participate in a “college exposure” environment.
The PPS Overnight Camp is designed for squash players to understand and learn about playing squash at the college level. The sessions will feature several college coaches who will share not just their squash experience, but how colleges see squash. Guest touring professionals will share their training experiences. This is great atmosphere all players who are interested in playing beyond the junior level. The sessions will have numerous match play, mental preparation and game strategy.
Avon Old Farms University has 7 International squash courts and an excellent dorm facility located within the campus for over-night stay.
Spots are limited as we ensure a student to coach ratio of 3:1.
Parents Welcome Friday morning at 10:30 am for College Squash Discussion! We will have numerous college coaches ready to answer any questions.

Bios of Lead Coaches:
Sahel Anwar is the Head Coach at Fordham University and the Director/Owner of Premier Performance Squash (PPS). PPS provides professional squash services to communities, including high schools and colleges, in Southern Connecticut, Westchester County NY, and Manhattan. PPS has coached several nationally ranked juniors. He is also part of the US National Team Coaching Staff –
traveling with TEAM USA to international competitions as well as assisting in Regional Squads Training sessions.
Sat Seshadri is the Head Coach at NYU and is a Squash Professional of The Harvard Club of New York City. He has 16 plus years of coaching experience. He was The National Junior Development Coach for Indian Squash Academy located in Chennai, India. He attended Franklin & Marshall College and played #1. Currently Sat works with kids of all levels at The Harvard Club Of NYC. Sat’s ability to connect with kids on and off the court and use a more personable approach makes him the ideal candidate for our coaching staff.
